KUSI also offers specialized facilities, including our maximum security vaults designed for storing computer data on magnetic media. Located 1,000 feet from the entrance, the vaults are well isolated from all paper materials. The vaults offer unsurpassed protection with a fire and security rating that surpasses ANSI, NAFPA and DOD regulations.
For sensitive information, KUSI has implemented a system of barcoding to guarantee accuracy. By scanning each item, barcoding not only ensures the material remains classified, but it increases our efficiency in accurately retrieving and locating materials.

Our vaults are constructed of 10" thick poured concrete with re-bar reinforcing in the walls and the roof. Additionally, each vault has a dedicated electronic security system including surveillance camera. Each vault has a 4 hour rated steel vault door.
