Document Destruction
As a service to those records storage customers who must adhere to a strict record retention schedule KUSI offers document destruction.
When you first turn your records over to us for storage if you provide us with your destruction dates along with the original inventory manifest, we will notify you when documents are due for destruction. You can then review your retention policies to validate the destruction date and authorize KUSI to begin destruction procedures. If your policies have changed you can always authorize us to continue record storage.
Our destruction service is 100% controlled for security and accuracy. If your company policy dictates, the process can be observed and audited by customer representatives. From a master list provided by KUSI the customer is able to identify each carton and even observe and verify the contents.
A Certificate of Destruction with a complete inventory listing is provided upon completion of the destruction.
